Stymie

Stymie is a photographic document of 36 holes played in a single day with my friends Simon and Zack, from Mackenzie Golf Bags.

The name comes from a rule we chose to play by: if your ball marker sat in someone’s line, it stayed there. You putted over it. A stymie. The photographs follow the golf as it unfolded, along with the quieter moments and hangs that filled the day in between.
